Recently, we, as a CAD provider, have been approached by more and more customers who have faced threats or lawsuits for compensation from the AUTODESK company, mainly due to illegal use of the software. Many users are also receiving official notifications, read more here.

As an authorized distributor of various CAD / BIM software, we want to adequately inform all existing and future users how to use it, so that you are on the safe side of the law, and what your rights and obligations are when using AUTODESK software.

We want you to be aware of the legal aspects and potential problems that come with non-compliant or illegal use of AUTODESK software:

  • Right to verification:
By using the AUTODESK software, you have accepted the End User License Agreement (the so-called EULA), which allows AUTODESK to verify the compliance of the use of the software. This also includes the right to an inspection at your location, with 15 days notice!
  • Optimization of user licenses:

Granting a greater number of licenses than is allowed in the EULA or using licenses inconsistent with the EULA may result in a mandatory purchase of the software and additional other compensation costs. It should be borne in mind that even in the case of unintentional improper use of licenses, AUTODESK will need to intervene.
