Maintenance Contract
Many GstarCAD users are considering customer support and the most cost-effective way to keep their software up to date.
To make this decision easier, we have partnered with GstarCAD to offer the option of a maintenance agreement. This simultaneously provides the most affordable way to purchase a perpetual software license, along with assistance for your first steps or any difficulties you might encounter while using the program.
Key terms at a glance

The fee is paid annually. The minimum term is one year, and it renews automatically until cancelled.

Owning the latest version of the software is a prerequisite for entering into the maintenance agreement.

A condition for support is that the customer has remote access enabled (AnyDesk).
